Education Education defines basics and shapes personalities. This origin later influences pronounced views and forms a kind of «capital» on which new ideas and concepts can be built and developed. The experience and knowledge for directing many and varied projects becomes a large and important task. For students, the experience of practical work in addition to its theory is essential. Important also are the ability to reflect and the openness and curiosity to seek new approaches and concepts.
